Hello there! This is getting to be fun. Do you like to work puzzles? One of the first things that you must do to solve a puzzle is to put all the pieces that are alike together.
That’s what WIGS help you to do.
Find other women who have the same gifts as you or the same passions as yours and puts them together to do what you like or want to do.
Now that you have identified your gift/gifts and have found some other women that like have those same gifts and/or passions, get them together to talk. Ask them if they want to be a part of an amazing ministry where they can all work together and do what they love and are good at doing?
It doesn’t require a lot of time, talent or money. It isn’t a get rich quick gimmick or a scam. WIGS (Women In God’s Service) is a ministry designed to help small groups of women serve others within their own communities.
Women working together can accomplish so much more than a single woman working alone. It’s fun to be with other women doing what each one loves to do while fellowshipping with one another.
There are so many benefits to this ministry that they are hard to explain on one blog post, so they will be posed on our website for you to see and enjoy.
You can show them to your group and brainstorm within your group what types of services you want to do. You can set short-term and long-term goals for your projects. You can get others involved and excited about what you plan to do but it is ALL YOURS.
There won’t be anyone assigning projects to your group that you may not want to do. You choose your own projects and you can share them on the website with other groups, so they can do the same thing in their communities.
It is astounding how far this ministry can go. The only limits are what you put on it yourselves!
Now that you have the pieces all together, work on the puzzle!
